Return Policy

We offer a 100% guarantee on all of our printing products. Please use the following policies to determine how we handle specific circumstances.

1. Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

2. Damaged shipment

For insured shipping, including all US shipping and Priority Mail International:

If your prints were damaged due to shipping, we will resend the same prints to you. We ask you email xuebingdu@gmail.com a picture of the damaged package. This is required by USPS at the time we file a claim with them. We also ask that you inform us of damages within 5 business days of receiving your prints.

We are not responsible for any damages that caused due to shipping for First-Class International (1-3 weeks; no tracking; no insurance)

3. Delayed / Late orders

Sometimes, we run into unforeseen delays that may be very inconvenient for you. We try to help customers working with deadlines, but we do not issue refunds for items received or shipped past the estimated ship dates. If your order is delayed, you will be notified by email and have the option to cancel before printing/shipping occurs.

4. Cancellations

Customers who cancel before production takes place will be issued a full refund.

5. Refunds

In cases of refunds or cancellations, it may take up to 10 business days for a credit to be issued. For billing related questions, please feel free to email to xuebingdu@gmail.com
